What do crystals have to do with chakras?
Crystals work by laser-focusing and amplifying your own energy, to send it flowing down the right paths. Like a radio with a good speaker, they help make things loud and clear - see ya later white noise.
How often do I have to wear my crystal?
Crystals are literally like friends. The more you’re around them, the better you get to know each other. Letting your crystal stay close to you means they’ll get to know you better to help you more. So you don’t need to wear it all the time, just give it enough time with you to bond and get used to having your back.
Can I buy crystals for someone else?
Yes! We’ve been pretty specific and detailed about what each crystal and chakra is all about, so if someone close to you could do with some crystal magic, power them up.
Where do I start if I’ve got a couple of things I want to work on?
General practice says that we work from the bottom up - starting at the root chakra and working upwards. If you’re keen to thoroughly sort out your energy flow it’s a great idea to start there. What if I’m not sure what’s wrong?
That probably means you’ve got a few Chakras that are blocked up - best to start with the Root Chakra (Find your feet), then you can work your way up.
How long will it be until I notice a difference?
It really depends on how much attention you put into getting to know your sidekick, and the focus you give to those affirmation cards.
Do I need to cleanse my crystal?
Nope! When your new sidekick gets to you, they’ll be all yours and ready to go.
